Aqua World office hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST. Please call us at 800-797-0714 with questions at any time. Calls received after business hours will be directed to voicemail, and will be returned at earliest convenience during regular business hours.
Shipping Policies
All orders shipped via UPS (ground, over-night, 2nd day or 3rd day). All orders shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. Shipping rates are determined by item weight and size. Larger items might require extra shipping costs for oversize packaging.
Payment Methods
The Aqua World website currently only accepts Purchase Orders and customers with accounts will be billed on Net 30 terms. If you are new customer you may still check out but will need to call 1-800-797-0714 and provide a credit card number.
Warranty / Return Policy
All SwimAqua World merchandise carries a 30-day warranty from invoice date for manufacturer's defects. Damages from normal wear and tear are not warranted. Non-warranty return items received within 30 days from invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without an RMA request. Packaging and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Warranty replacement shipping will be handled by Aqua World. Please call 800-361-8629 for any returns or return information.
